The CHAMPION E-VALUATION PROGRAMis a group interactive process identifying and coordinating the values of both the individuals and the overall group or team. The process works for relationships of two as well as for large groups to enhance cohesion and understanding.

Within an organization or team, everyone brings a unique strength and it is the diversity in strengths that produces the greater whole. However, a team is only as strong as its weakest link. Often this weakness is not directly related to the individual’s abilities, but indirectly in the guise of not fitting into the team culture.

Culture is an alignment of values that unites team members and helps them to work together for a mutual cause. This is vital for optimal success. 

Our values, in particular our top 5 values, are what determine how we lead our life and areas of it (career, health, relationships).   If a certain value (for example integrity) does not appear high in someone’s values, then their actions and results will reflect that. Meaning attributed to a value can also cause confusion.

A difference in values and their ascribed meaning are two causes of the conflict experienced between individuals, organisations and nations.

Understanding our own values and how they affect us is the first step towards choosing and installing new values to create better results.
